Utah Doodles Stud Service Policy and Guarantee

Stud services through Utah Reproduction (our veterinary clinic). Collection, evaluation, and shipping are handled in-house.

What this means for you

• Semen collection typically within one hour
• Full semen evaluation and quality extender added on site
• Overnight next-day shipping direct from our clinic to your vet

Fees and what’s included

• One flat price of $1,500 covers all services
• Local breeding: Two free progesterone tests plus two free artificial inseminations or one transcervical insemination
• Shipping: One chilled semen shipment with next-day delivery to your vet. Collection, evaluation, extender, and shipping costs for the first shipment are covered
• Extra services: Additional progesterone tests $50 each with Utah Reproduction. Second shipment $300 with Utah Reproduction. We do not cover progesterone tests for shipping clients
• Deposit $150 (non-refundable, transferable). Reach out as soon as you notice your female is in heat so we can schedule
• Full amount due before shipment

Our guarantee (starting January 1, 2026)

We guarantee live puppies surviving the first 24 hours as follows: - One or more live puppies if your female weighs 25 pounds or less - Two or more live puppies if your female weighs over 25 pounds - If your female does not conceive or the litter has fewer live puppies than guaranteed, we offer a free repeat on her next heat cycle with the same stud - Re-breed shipping: $300 per shipment (up to two shipments) - Local re-breed: Insemination fees covered free; progesterone testing not covered - Re-breed only on the next heat after the original breeding; only one free repeat - To qualify: Email ultrasound or x-ray results (or both) from your vet to drcoleman@utahreproduction.com showing no pregnancy or small litter - Text us within 96 hours of your female going into heat for the re-breed so we can schedule (helps availability; another female booked does not cancel the guarantee)

Your responsibilities as female owner

• Confirm she is in heat and have a progesterone testing plan
• Local: Utah Reproduction
• Shipping: a local vet that does progesterone testing
• Notify us as soon as you receive progesterone results. Shipping clients: try to schedule earlier in the day so we can plan shipments
• Notify us of pregnancy confirmation and litter size within one week of birth
• List Utah Doodles as the stud provider in all litter ads or website listings

Our responsibilities

• All studs and health results displayed on their page (link under image)
• Typically collect within one hour at our clinic
• Semen evaluation and quality extender on site; results on request

Other terms

• We may refuse service if documents are missing or false
• No guarantees on exact litter size, puppy traits, or conception beyond the repeat service
• Disputes: mediate first; Utah law applies
• Over a decade helping Utah breeders
